Detailed Description
Anyone with a scandalous past knows a bad reputation is hard to overcome. The same is true for certain option positions.
For example, selling naked put options has a reputation of being risky or even dangerous. Meanwhile, the covered call strategy, in which you buy the underlying market and sell call options against it, has a reputation as a safe, conservative approach.
